Ordered the large gold tray, unfortunately suffered damage in transit, the carrier did not take due care as it was extremely well wrapped with great care. On contacting TrayBonne so helpful and a new tray sent out immediately. I am so pleased with my tray really is a beautifully well crafted piece. Thank you

I have already left a review on another product, but I am in love. I use this on my dining table with a vase and candle and it just makes it look so put together! Absolutely beautiful product, excellent customer service - would feel comfortable recommending to everyone I know.
Nowadays when customer service normally means a chatbot called "Steve" who cannot understand your question, Traybonne's customer service is human, excellent and they go far above for their customers. Then the product itself, beautiful. Looks elegant and expensive which is what you want for something that is either on display 24/7 or taken out for entertaining guests. I did look at high street brands but they do not compare. Would recommend and will be buying as gifts for anyone I can think of!
