What currency are the prices displayed in on your site?
All prices on our website are listed in British Pounds (GBP).
How long does shipping take?
For UK orders, shipping typically takes 3 - 5 business days.
I just placed an order, when will it ship?
We strive to process and ship every order as quickly as possible. Please allow 1 - 2 business days to prepare your order for dispatch.
I have entered an incorrect address, what should I do now?
If you notice an error in the shipping address, please reply to your order confirmation email or contact us immediately at hello@traybonne.com. We can update the address within 24 hours of your order. However, if more than 24 hours have passed or your package has already shipped, we will be unable to issue a refund for an undeliverable address.
Can I cancel my order?
Yes. You may cancel your order without penalty as long as it hasn’t shipped. If your order has already been dispatched, you will need to return it at your own expense before we can issue a refund.
I am not in love with my order, can I return it? What if there is an issue?
- If your order arrives defective or damaged, we offer a 100% money-back guarantee. Simply notify us immediately, and return the product within 14 days for a full refund.
- If you decide the item is not suitable for any other reason, you may still return it within 14 days at your own expense. Once we receive the product in its original condition, we will issue a refund for the purchase price, minus shipping costs.
- Important Note: If your package is still in transit, please wait until it arrives before initiating a return. You must return the item first in order to receive your refund.

Do you offer bulk or wholesale pricing?
Yes! We provide discounted rates for corporate or large-quantity purchases. Please email us at hello@traybonne.com with your order requirements, and we will be happy to discuss a custom quote.
Do you offer gift options (wrapping, messaging)?
Absolutely. We can gift-wrap your products and include a personalised message for any occasion. Just email hello@traybonne.com before or after placing your order with your order name and number, and let us know how we can make your gift special.
Is there any care or maintenance required for the trays?
