Delivery Times

  • UK Orders: We aim for 3–5 business days delivery. Please note that busy periods (e.g., holidays) may result in slightly longer shipping times.

Lost or Stolen Parcels

  • Carrier Liability: We cannot be held responsible for parcels that the carrier confirms as delivered, yet are reported lost or stolen - especially if you have provided specific delivery instructions that leave the package unattended.
  • Secure Address: To avoid potential issues, we recommend providing a secure address for delivery.

Shipping Costs
